At xTool, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your machine or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective foam to ensure the device is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our designated return center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
